How Our Remote Site Medevac Works

Our service is designed to ensure fast response, safe evacuation, and seamless medical coordination from the site to the most appropriate referral hospital.

• Step 1 – Onsite Medical Readiness
  The company is required to have an onsite clinic equipped with:
  Medical team (Doctor / Nurse / Paramedic)
  Onsite ambulance
  Basic emergency stabilization equipment
  The onsite medical team performs initial medical assessment to determine evacuation urgency and method.
• Step 2 – Access & Landing Assessment
  Onecare coordinates with the onsite team to identify the best evacuation route:
  Helicopter Medevac
  Availability of helipad or open landing area
  (coordinates & site video required to assess obstacle clearance)
  Airstrip / Pioneer Airport Medevac
  Transfer using ambulance to nearby airstrip or pioneer airport
  Ground Evacuation
  If no air access is available, evacuation is conducted via land route
• Step 3 – Transfer to Nearest Referral Hospital
  The patient is evacuated to the nearest referral hospital for:
  Immediate treatment
  Medical stabilization
  If the patient recovers at this stage, no further evacuation is required, and monitoring can continue under HR or insurance coordination.
• Step 4 – Secondary Referral (If Required)
  If advanced treatment is needed in a major city, Onecare arranges:
  Commercial Medical Escort (fit-to-fly cases)
  Air Ambulance (Fixed Wing) for critical or non-fit cases
